Kushtomer service !!

The hunt for that pperffeecct lehenga was still embroiling. After all, it was Tanya's brothers wedding. After roaming around many shops for options and keeping the budget in mind, she knew the market now. One ready-made lehenga caught her mind when her husband found it beautiful.

Tanya was a regular to a boutique nearby. Tanya thought her boutique designer Shimpy could do a job similar to the ready made lehenga she liked. She paid a visit to the boutique and showed the ready made lehengas picture to Shimpy. Shimpy suggested Tanya different designs and was also willing to replicate Tanya's design from the ready-made.

On waiting for an initial jot down of  fabric and work samples from Shimpy in vain, Tanya thought of buying the ready made lehenga. When Tanya expressed this to Shimpy, Shimpy became annoyed. Tanya didn't find any reason for Shimpy to get annoyed when Shimpy herself didn't take out time for Tanya's Lehenga samples. The cold war brewed and Tanya finally gave a last chance to Shimpy to show the samples. Shimpy put an effort to it and finally showed the samples to Tanya.

Alas!! Tanya didn't like any combination showed. Tanya made up her mind to buy the ready made lehenga but while Shimpy chose to express her unhappiness over Tanya. Shimpy messaged Tanya on how Tanya had wasted Shimpy time while Shimpy had customers from US lined up for orders. Well, Tanya felt more convinced for getting confused on shimpys output and behaviour.

Whose fault was it? Tanya was shimpys regular customer. Shimpy didn't mind belittling Tanya for not saying yes to shimpys suggestions. Shimpy is a vendor and Tanya is a customer. It's shimpys way to convince Tanya and if Tanya doesn't like what Shimpy showed, Shimpy should accept the rejection. It's the customer satisfaction !!
